Salaries are upto market standard. Not the best, but still are competitive. Work life balance is quite good. No micromanagement things will happen. Office will have the basic stuffs that an IT organisation should have. I repeat basic stuffs. 28 paid leaves and 10 local holidays.

Full formals daily with tucked in shirt and formal shoes. Office walking bays are very congested that two people cannot cross each other at the same time. Lackof projects since it is a small company.
