Human Resource is nothing here, especially in Jamshedpur senior people like Saibal Mazumdar will not allow him to do anything. Work culture is toxic. They will get their work from u but at the time of appraisal they dont raise salary. If u take 1 and half days of sick leaves ur manager will stalk u on the order of ur reporting manager which is offensive. Generally ur appraisal meeting is with ur manager and u but here they keep the appraisal meeting with ur immediate manager, team lead and other peoples. Which is humiliating. Here peoples dont want to teach u anything and if u ask them anything the reply u will get always is that nobody has taught us why will we teach u. The people not only their thinking is orthodox they even behave like that also. The people dont trust you and will see for each and every moment where they can boss u.
