Work is purely dependant on the project you get. Program Manager and the people you get to work with are very supportive. Once a good rapport is established with business, IT counterparts, cross functional teams, then there is no need to look back, just enjoy your day and routine. Some of the group companies still have SAP R/3 4.7 version which SAP no longer supports.. also there is a lot of customization done in the processes by TCS; which TCS no more supports, there is a lack of process documentation for which there is a dependency on the seniors, if the seniors are helpful good, if not, then it's your destiny !!
