Managers and BA's are uneducated who even don't know how to handle the project. Requirement changing frequently which would impact on whole development. At the end Developer suffer most because BA thinks they are running the whole project and company. Some manager like Naveen Bharadwaj taking leaves at any moment because of his Child school test preparation and he was not allowing other employees and juniors to take leave and forcing them to work on weekends. Even there is an issue of timesheet which impact employees salary.No one thinks about the employees situation. Manager here are really very low class I have complaint about my manager but they didn't listen because I am new to organisation. He was behaving like I am his slave
