I dont like the Management Specially center Head Murali , he dont know how to manage a team , he does only spying , facilitators should also do mobilization and bring the students from slums, all staff are under contract , no payslip is provided , no career growth , no job security .THINK 1000 TIMES BEFORE JOINING TATA STRIVE....Read More

Everything.. there's no salary hike. Continuous pressure of work. No appreciation. Management doesn't understands their employees. You need to work overtime at many occasions. There is always tons of workload on your shoulder and it doesn't stop at all. Seniors are uncooperative and you need to do marketing as well as training both at the same time....Read More
