It's just toxic, it's an NGO but it's for increasing good for the TATA group of companies, The management is soo toxic and have to work for long hours, no holidays, too much targets, you will be recruited for some thing but you have to work everything, I personally work as a BFSI facilitator but have to take care of BFSI and YDM for multiple batches. There is an ethics and compliance team called POSH but the wolfs will be there in the team and they will justify on sheeps complaint.
