As a training company Tata Strive says that they are developing the youths and sustaining them, but the facts are trainer are 1. Standing on the road to grab the students. 2. Train them... 3. Visit office to office and beg them to make the students placed. Actually this ia the main objective of the company.

Dislikes

Sometimes felt like sales man, sometime beggers... Did not have the respect one should have as a trainer.

Work policy: In COVID.. work from home but before it ends, the work from office started. And strictly maintained, though the students were not coming to the center
