As far as I am concern tata strive centers gives less knowledge and lots of rubbish things like badhti ka nam gadi, dhangyan and many more instead of giving technical and personality development contents. Also the HVAC and YDM content is loo long and has some unnecessary contents. Work Details

My overall experience is not so good. Tata strive takes too much responsities of students specially to placement. The facilitators are responsible for everything of students which irritates.

24 *7 *365 over pressure and threatened to termination. Management persons are enjoying. Training contents are poor . Only documentation. Neither students career nor trainer career. Only branding.
