1) No proper evaluation of staff, and they blindly belive staff who the like. 2) It is an educational organization, one of the favourite staff whome the management has promoted with blind evaluation was caught guilt of fornication the student. like that facuties have fornication with students and force them and the management never does proper enquiry.

I dont like the Management Specially center Head Murali , he dont know how to manage a team , he does only spying , facilitators should also do mobilization and bring the students from slums, all staff are under contract , no payslip is provided , no career growth , no job security . THINK 1000 TIMES BEFORE JOINING TATA STRIVE.
