Working environment is good at Delhi centers. The only thing that is very concerning is the Appraisals. Policies are very good.

Culture of the within Organization is realy poor, manager's are so baised. No buddy is there to hear your concerns from manager's to HR everyone is just playing their own game It is just like Political party everyone is inlove in their own agenda, no buddy concern about Organizational goal.
