1. The leadership team has no vision 2. A lot of favouritism in the organisation, which is used extensively to take promotion and hike in salary 3. No job security, if there are no projects available, they look for reasons to sack people 4. No permanent place to sit 5. Sometimes they target people and engage in fault finding 6. Upon joining, you get used laptops which do not work. 7. When as an employee you require any software or hardware, you yourself have to follow up with various stakeholders. I dont like the Management Specially center Head Murali , he dont know how to manage a team , he does only spying , facilitators should also do mobilization and bring the students from slums, all staff are under contract , no payslip is provided , no career growth , no job security .
