Project Manager- Entrepreneurship

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the execution of Entrepreneurship Development Program projects, ensuring alignment with Tata STRIVEs goals and partner commitments. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including funding partners and industry networks.
• Develop and oversee project plans to ensure timely delivery of outcomes. Monitor risks and implement mitigation measures for seamless execution.
• Supervise Project Coordinators to achieve project deliverables. Oversee mobilization strategies and community outreach initiatives.
• Track program progress, outcomes, and impact. Prepare reports for reviews and partner updates, while documenting key milestones and insights for process improvements.
• Organize key events such as graduation ceremonies. Monitor and support placement performance across associated centers.
• Documentation: Document all the updates, processes, achievement, milestones, risks, incidence for reviews, updates to partner and creation of various reports at different stages of the project.

Preferred candidate profile

5-7 years of experience in the industry

Preferably worked in Social Sector
