Likes

People believe in the brand and have faith in the business. Exposure to the wide market due to its presence in almost 90% of the area. Benefits all around the businesses in terms of offers and services.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No work life balance, many of the senior management positions are maintained by 25years + people which have understanding gap between new working style. Open culture still not reached at point to be implemented in Tata power.
