1. Job security is good as a Tata company. 2. Work life balance is good. 99% of the time you can log off at 6 (pm) without any burden.

Dislikes

1. Many times, the assigned projects are not inline with your skillset though you are lateral with some domain expertise. 2. Good automotive projects are more dominant at Trivandrum and Bangalore location. Other locations in India mostly gets support projects which are just for compliance and doesn't add value to customer as well asto employee's career. 3. Townhalls are not transparent. It happens on teams and your questions are filtered and visible to organizers only. If it is addressed, sometimes we get silly answers. Top level people don't know ground reality and they don't want to know it. 4. Job security is also a con as non-performing assets sits doing nothing and there are few people who are bench from 600+ days and many people are on bench from 1 year. Company doesn't take much effort to train such resources. They have learning central where recorded lectures are there (which are as good as learning coding with "Hello, World!" program only in training material) and everyone is supposed to learn from there and crack client interviews....Read More

This organisation literally destroyed my whole career, they billed me in a stupid department where only test case development is done. But these people won't hire someone with this specific test case development skill, they need a whole skill set. I just hate here .

They destroyed my career, I'm not able to switch job and crack interviews since I'm not exposed to any good tools or project .

Good for learning if you get a good client and project. Some peoples are good there. Provide Learning with their in-house L&D team. Some Department get good hikes and projects. Colleague are helpful. Give gym benifits(cult Passes at low price)

• The Salary and Increment is too low. There are very less project which is going good. Either you will support in a project or if you get billed and you get into a good project and get your team is good then its good for you else most of the client will treat people's likes anything they will make u work like anything even on mostwekends and late nights. So there are both sides. • Most people stay in bench or not get good work or learning beacuse of no proper mapping to project. Simply they will map you with any client without your interest. • Worst Part about this Company is the Management. It's been more than a year and half working at TATA Elxsi's Calicut location and it's been an experience which cannot be forgotten. The work life balance which the company provides and the opportunities to take on task and learn new skills within a shortest time and with the greatest support which the leadership team provides enhances our performance and as well re skill and adapt to the corporate life and it's tedious work with ease. The opportunities which the center provides is truly tremendous compared to its other counterpart as its a developing center and we could experience all the challenges and take it on at a earlier phase in our career which could help us in modulating our leadership skills at a beginning phase itself.. There are nothing to dislike as of now..But there are a few construction going on in the NH which are having a few traffic issues and blocks while coming to office as its really near to the highway
