You relationship with your boss defines your increment and promotion 2) No peer to peer respect in same group . 3) No notable recognition in teams 4) 4% to 8% hikes on lower base salary 5) Head of Solutions - was not an engineer, Head of Sales (B2B complex solutions) - is not an engineer. 6) Mostly Babu people from Bihar (Not being racist, just observation) 7) Review's 3 days a week, don't know when should one work 8) No stable products. need to handle multiple task at the same time, if any delay management not agree that and point out as the done the work properly, if we ask they say "THIS IS HOW IT'S WORKS HERE" meaning work as we say or get out.
