Getting a job in TCL is easy, good opportunity for freshers to start a career as a network engineer.

...one week off for one year and onrole employees get 2 weekoffs since beginning. Salary of offrole employees is less than half of onrole employees, etc etc

Good team mates they are very understanding and helping

... of politics and the management doesn't admire you without any strong reference.salary is also not much satisfying as compared to your work but there is job safety.

It was my first job and got to learn lot of things. Work culture is awesome and management is also good.

The most disliked thing in Tcl was 1. salary, you are not getting salary as much you deserve. 2. Not get the promotions until you are someone’s relative or you have references. (Not to all team)

Laptop/desktops allocation for every employee to do work from home efficiently.

Dislikes

Work life unable to balance due to continuous rotational shift and knowledge sharing, pay scale is poor as compare to skill and experience as well as knowledge sharing concern.
