Job Description

Operational role that works under direct supervision, responsible for day-to-day provisioning configuration operations

Responsibilities

  • Validate customer cease request mail
  • Check all the customer details are available in our provisioning inventories.
  • Log the A-ref in SFDC and submit the request
  • Creating cease order form with all mandatory information.(like Requestor, Customer Contact, Circuit reference, other associated references, Billing ref Customer required date)
  • Analyze and validate the order form and raise cease order based on the provisioning system.
  • Perform and execute soft cease and Hard cease for transmission end.
  • Place the cease request for respective tail for portal or through mail for other licensed operator.
  • Recover the Vodafone kit (Router / ADVA or Mux) from Customer end.
  • Raise the request in Click portal to recover the Physical jumpers
  • Update the customer details in service and network inventories
  • Handling escalations resolving planning related issues
  • Should keep good quality of work, maintain data integrity
  • Quick response to customer queries
  • Co-ordinating with the Project managers in providing solution to complex situations


Minimum qualification experience


Any Degree/Post Graduate
2 to 4 Years

Relevant experience in network infrastructure project management and on field experience

Desired Skill sets

  • Knowledge on telecom products/services like Wireless, IP services Fixed etc.
  • Basic understanding of telecom standards protocols
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective Communication Skills - Written Verbal

Coordination skills and taking the right approach logically
