One of the best companies I've come across in my career is Indegene Pvt Ltd. It's an excellent organization where I had the opportunity to work. The experience was truly remarkable, and I genuinely appreciate the company's culture and the opportunities it provided.

Repetitive work since all the major pharma organization are clients if one thing works then most probably it will be repeated (sold) to all other clients thus reduction in innovative projects

Terrible pay! This applies to employees from lower bands who are hired under extremely low CTC. This is to be noted that the work given to these employees are no less than anyone else in a senior band level. The appraisal season gets delayed most times citing company isn't doing that well. And when it happens, it's practically nothing. It hardly covers the commute expenses to the office. No cabs by the way. They need to understand that it's essential to appreciate employees especially from Band A levels since these are the folks doing most of the grunt work. People are good but only if you are luck enough to get a good manager who fights for you which is not in my case

Toxic Work culture and too much politics manager steals the credit and don't defend it's team take revenges in every way possible provided no input at all always keep saying I am doing so much for you really shit mentality always favour there chamchas and whenever needed some work talk nicely otherwise shit like attitude and when ever some thing happens wrong take the backfoot and blame the Team.
