I really hate Concalls or team Meetings that goes on lately by our bosses and being in Banca channel bosses does not know much about operations so I think they need training, because new joiners are finding it difficult where during these pandemics they cannot attend face to face training.

From October 2019 everything was very good. But from January 2021 management have started giving too much pressure. There's no space for personal life. No holiday on Sunday. Even if it is public holiday like Republic Day we have to work
