In TALIC there is job security, however have observed that there is resistance from old employees/seniors in sharing responsibility to New employees, there by leading to slow growth and increased frustration

1. Growth is very slow 2. Processes are people dependent due to which things move very slow 3. Managers have less trust in new resources. I have personally experienced it after surviving here for more than 3 yrs
