salary not in time ,its instalment basic. no job security in this company. i m all ready worked in this now is Ex employee. in this nit give any pay slip offer latter and experience latter not give in this company. its my 15 years experience but its waste no gratuity in this company only selected employee only given health insurance in this company.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
