I have worked for Tangence for two years. I have a pleasant experience while working with my teammates and seniors, mainly Ati Agrawal (Manager) and Abhyuday Tripathi (Sr. Manager). Even in other departments like IT, Accounts, and SEO, professionals were polite and easy to connect to. The organization encourages to work progressively in a positive manner.

Dislikes

Well, I only struggled when it comes to reaching out to HR. I rarely got responses on time or was completely ignored a few times. I would really appreciate it if it can improve in the near future.

Working Life balance, Salary on time, employees are good but work satisfaction is so so. good for ladies in terms of safety and security.

Dirty Politics, too much bargaining on salary, ditching hr policies, terrible job security can sack any time without any reason. All things are revolving among 2-3 ladies, they proclaimed themselves superior, having knowledge of each and every subject which results in a negative graph of employees growth rate. If you have strong skill of sycophancy, then without experience and knowledge, every year in the company gets a good hike in salary and promotion without any hard work.
