The company is attempting to adopt a corporate structure, but it still operates in a very old school model and does not seem ready to fully transition in the near future. Huge attrition rate, Management may be trying to retain employees through various means, yet it not prioritized increasing the salary package to remain competitive with other companies</mark>. As a former employee, I appreciated the work life balance and Work from home option for some time, but it may not be the same experience for everyone and it depends on the project nature. Salary is paid on first Tuesday of every month, company should consider implementing a consistent payment date.
