Training - you have to train yourself and being with this company your soft skills will improve. Job security- yes there are termination for poor performers. Salary - will be credited on time and appraisal is always a pain which is usual when dealing with any company. I joined as a fresher so not sure how they negotiate. Work life balance - is a worst part<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. You will work more than what you are interested to add you start of with new technologies</mark>. Micro management, cunning processes and irritating hrs, frequent warnings for project crisis and some other limitations are there. But over all it's a good company....Read More

Work Details

I joined them as fresher and learned a lot of technologies and soft skills as well. Even now at 6 years, I am benifited with what I learned there. I was happy and also exhausted a part of Sysvine. I started as a dev and ended up managing a team of 12.
