The company is attempting to adopt a corporate structure, but it still operates in a very old school model and does not seem ready to fully transition in the near future. Its essential for the company to understand the realities of the outside world and recognize that there are few factors influencing the work. Huge attrition rate, Management may be trying to retain employees through various means, yet it not prioritized increasing the salary package to remain competitive with other companies. As a former employee, I appreciated the work life balance and Work from home option for some time, but it may not be the same experience for everyone and it depends on the project nature. Salary is paid on first Tuesday of every month, company should consider implementing a consistent payment date. Inconsistency in the salary dates impacted much, and it was also one of the reasons for my exit from the company<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. I have started my career in Sysvine as a Junior Java developer and learnt how to make web applications. Managers are very supportive and at the same time they will approach professionally. Over the course of time, the company and manager recognized my talent and considered my interest in mobile application development. Sysvine has offered me the chance to work in mobile development. Values I added have never gone in Vain. I have been rewarded with cool projects considering my interest and an opportunity to lead a small team. As I was working as a tech lead and acting as a developer I was able to enhance my technical skills and leadership skills . Training - you have to train yourself and being with this company your soft skills will improve. Job security- yes there are termination for poor performers. Salary - will be credited on time and appraisal is always a pain which is usual when dealing with any company. I joined as a fre sher so not sure how they negotiate. Work life balance - is a worst part. You will work more than what you are interested to add you start of with new technologies. Micro management, cunning processes and irritating hrs, frequent warnings for project crisis and some other limitations are there. But over all it's a good company....Read More

I joined them as fresher and learned a lot of technologies and soft skills as well. Even now at 6 years, I am benifited with what I learned there. I was happy and also exhausted a part of Sysvine. I started as a dev and ended up managing a team of 12.
