Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Dislikes

They will hire you and fire you within few months and they will mentally torture you when you started working till you leave the company.They don't have organisation policy,no work life balance,so I recommend no one should join the organisation,join if you don't have other opportunity.No job security.

Systematic will literally bust your life. As I have to write good things in this section, i can say you will learn a lot here because you are the logistics, you are the sales, you are the operations, you are the finance. You have to do all the work including your own profile which helps to gain more knowledge.

oh my where do I start. Work Culture is absolutely pathetic. Work life balance does not exist. You will get calls even after you go home. Not 1 or 2 calls continues work related calls even after 11pm. (plant is working 24*7). CEO just wants sales order and then doesn't matter how the products are delivered.
