Worst comapny i have ever worked. It's consultancy only representing themselves as ITES Service company. No joining policies, no training or induction, no clear leave policy. Management changes policies every month, not timing limit. They are trapping candidates by false promises for contractual position and after contract finish they will immediately without notice period, even they not bother to deduct salary. They promised to provide you direct client payroll but it will never happen. Stay away from this company. There will be no communication from management or seniors anytime, they just you to work like donkey for them....Read More
