There was nothing good while working with Sysmind LLC. Management is highly biased and owners only listen to them and act accordingly. It was a complete non-sense and a bad decision joining them.

No job security, they can fire you without any reason, they show favoritism between new and old employees. Even if you are one of the best performers in your team, they can easily fire you citing stupid reasons to save the job of the old employee.
