I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Everything. They value quantity over quality and the management has no knowledge and competency when compared to competition. People at the highest level of the management have terrible communication skills and the HR policy of the company is not even worth talking about. I would not recommend this company even to an enemy. Was a terrible experience working there.
