Company has a very good vision and a roadmap for where they want to be in the next 5 years and beyond. It also has very empoyee centric environment and culture.

Dislikes

A very small sized company but I'm sure that will change very soon

Amazing work life balance and lot of new projects with a lot of learnings. A lot of transparency on the work and good communication among peers. WFH flexibility allows to have productive work. Overall one of the happiest place to work with.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
