With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. There is no job security. The management manipulates the employees and makes them feel inefficient for their own benefit. They believe in hiring and firing. Poor decision making and management of employees. Nothing systematic in the organization. candidates are expected to perform without any Induction and orientation. A self centred startup without any growth vision for its employees.
