As Captive company Syngenta is very good in terms of HR policies and company products in the market, But in Finance sub process Accounts payable the management is not at all good, they behave wrist then Service provides companies like BPO's and more over Manager don't know the accounts payable activites as he is from other background. Managers treats employees as machines not as human beings.. They work take the inputs of the employees for the improvement to the work and not time for the other learnings with in the projects.. Worst culture, dirty office politics , no job security, leadership team doesn't have the skills then how can we expect from them, foolish manager, no freedom, many times I was insulted by skin colour, dressing style they will see only what brands we are wearing not our talent, skills excellent company but worst team ever I seen in Industry
