I worked on contract basis with Gap through the hiring agency Synergy global IT solutions. The company played a key role in ensuring a smooth experience throughout the project, offering essential support with pay, benefits and job placement. As a contractor with gap I appreciated the flexibility that came through Synergy. It allowed me to manage my own schedule, work on different project and maintain a better work life balance compared to traditional full time roles....Read More

while my experience with synergy global IT solution was mostly positive, I was laid-off by gap, which of course wasn't a reflection of synergy's work. However, i do feel that Synergy could have offered more options or support for contractors who are laid-off from their clients assignments. It would have been helpful if the agency had provided additional opportunities or guidance to transition into new roles, especially for those who had been working on long-term contracts....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
