There is no job security as there are quite often layoffs in this company. There are no proper guidelines or structure in the company. I was laid off recently in as they were not able to provide me further work. There are no increments or bonus here. No proper training/learning, no job security as quite often there is threat of termination given, no work life balance , unprofessional behaviour.Layoffs done.with no extra compensation. The company is not genuine. It hires people after conducting several interview procedures but after 2 to 3 weeks of working they sacked them without any reason by giving some vague excuses like the client is not responding and we do not have any work now etc.
