No Transparency, No enshrined policy. Everything is at will of Managers. There are bunch of undeserving people who hold designation of SR. Director and Director and all they do is sit and do politics. They are paid only for using Facebook and twitter and some of them even work on their family business sitting in office. Pathetic in terms of giving opportunity and promotions to deserving candidates. Only who has good relations with manger (in terms of satisfying hi/her ego ) can get promoted or get a good hike.
