Full clients centric company, if you have done 99 good things they won't appreciate but one negative feedback from client and you are finished. Pathetic. Not good hike No hike on promotions No chance of change in work once you tagged with a client No 360 degree feed back culture Terrible bench policy. For senior resources, Once you release from project, in next one month they give 3 months basic salary and ask for resignation. Bench is only for juniors.
