Synchron is an Okay organization but it operates more like staffing company than a true consulting firm. Employees are deployed to client projects, where they work exclusively under client-side management, with little to no involvement from Synechron- Except when there's an escalation. Employee support from the company itself is minimal. One of the biggest concern is job security. Once project ends, employees enter 45-day bench policy, and the countdown begins. If you're not placed on another project within this period, your position is at risk. The company's approach is heavily client-driven, often leaving employees at the mercy of client's decision without strong backing from Synechron. No Job Security at all for anyone No Projects to get assigned i had only 14 days on the Bench then they told me to resign ( good thing they give you 3 month salary after 45 days of resignation ) its very sad for people with EMI's and responsibilities to join company like this. and before signing joining letter please read it in relax , they wont give you offer letter until 10 am on joining date

What is the use of all other benefits, if you don't have job security, for 4 years i got a excellent rating, client project got ramped down, 2 weeks into bench, they asked me to put a resignation. I believe this is not a good thing to do.

Ambience is really good with most of the facilities available.

Management is really bad...politics is involved...No real time discussion on targets ...Hire fire is their policy rather they should be focused on improving each other...old management is old school people not adaptive to the changes happening daily.. no open door policy for sure..every department blaming each other rather than improvising.

Higher management blame game to the team . licking gets promotions and layoff is very high . They will ask you to leave within 30 min and call it OC( out councelling)
