Dislikes

No new learning chances. Work life balance is very poor Have to work on almost every weekend for 12-15 hours and no comp offs. Of course it depends on the project and the work culture.

Which one to opt for?

Hi Guys, I have offer from DTICI (Daimler Truck) , Sas India and Synechron. Kindly help me choose a better organisation for better growth opportunities in terms of Work, Appraisals, Promotions and Culture. All of them are offering almost the same CTC.
