If you get a good project (by luck) only then you can enhance your skills, else, projects, project management and company culture is horrible. There is a constant threat of loosing your job as they don't have many projects.

Dislikes

No process , rude HRs, horrible culture, terrible managers, no work life balance, you are forced to work on every weekend n also extend on normal working days.
