Synchron is an Okay organization but it operates more like staffing company than a true consulting firm. Employees are deployed to client projects, where they work exclusively under client-side management, with little to no involvement from Synechron- Except when there's an escalation. Employee support from the company itself is minimal. One of the biggest concern is job security. Once project ends, employees enter 45-day bench policy, and the countdown begins. If you're not placed on another project within this period, your position is at risk. The company's approach is heavily client-driven, often leaving employees at the mercy of client's decision without strong backing from Synechron.
