Good hike during joining. 5 days working.

Dislikes

No job security at all. Synechron has zero bench policy so if you are highly paid, there are high chances of termination with reason we don't have suitable project for you.

QA feels

1. Are QAs hired in the company as they are cheaper than devs and dev doing testing is a costly affair? 2. Are QAs less important to the company and are the first to get fired when cost-cutting or ramping down? 3. If you are capable, isn't it better to switch back-end dev or PO role than to remain QA to grow in your career?
