Non influencial and brown nosing managers, who donot support technical growth neither do appove trainings. Descrimination and favouritism is very evident. If u want to do some value addition to the project, u will have to do it at home at your own time. Managers lack modesty, team management and understanding of English grammar. On the other side, they are really good at petty politics.
