Nothing. This company simply is like 3rd party vendor . No job security. Just hire if they have project. And if you released from it. Then they directly fire you. Without given any other project opportunity. Very bad company

1) The client is paramount and your role in the project will over as soon as your contributions are no longer needed. Synechron will ask you to resign forcefully . 2. 10% of the total employees have been with the company for 15 to 20 years, often due to internal politics. The remaining 90% employees either live in constant fear of job insecurity or have been dismissed without valid reason 3. During my tenure, hundreds of employees were laid off with a severance package equivalent to three month's salary 4. 5 star ratings on Ambition box are often fabricated by marketing and branding team 5. There is zero security and many employees lived in constant fear of losing their jobs. Under such circumstances , how can we expect employees to perform effectively? 6. The company provides a joining kit, including items like T-shirts and bags, for promotional purposes, so there's no need to be overly excited about receiving it 7. At Synechron, there is 45 days bench period during which many fake interview calls are conducted, and there is no feedback provided after the interviews 8. It's very difficult for employees to survive even six months, yet Associate director and Directors have been with the company for 15 to 20 years. What is the use of all other benefits, if you don't have job security, for 4 years i got a excellent rating, client project got ramped down, 2 weeks into bench, they asked me to put a resignation. I believe this is not a good thing to do.

Management is really bad...politics is involved...No real time discussion on targets ...Hire fire is their policy rather they should be focused on improving each other...old management is old school people not adaptive to the changes happening daily.. no open door policy for sure..every department blaming each other rather than improvising.

Zero work life balance, needs to work on weekends too if client asks and no comp off. Extremely toxic company culture. It is employee staffing company only.
