Synechron Technology as a company is seriously one of the best companies to work with on parameters like compensation, benefits etc. If you are deputed at client location, then also you get help required. But then some of clients are typical Indian mentality and trouble you on small small things, which is not expected in IT industry. Managers are reluctant when raised concern about clients and it is obvious, no one want to go back to client and show them mirror on dealing with vender employees. Client driven treatment to own employees. May be, Indian management is not prepared to demand equal opportunity and treatment and fair behaviour with vendore.
