Synchrony is one of the best place to work at, if you don't have social life or want to get a lumpsum pay. I got hired through a consultantacy, then got three months training for a collections calling process - got to be too good at communication NGL. - I loved the cab facilities, office atmosphere like they provide healthy meal which is free, eat at desk is allowed, Gym, cool breakout rooms, gaming rooms. Hehehheh- AHAHAHAH Só! Now! Where do I start, Y'all know pretty privileges? Yes. SooOOO, all that good things come to pretty people. Secondly - school atmosphere - Ya gotta be sooooooooo be prepared for the atmosphere, 1st things 1st - the metrics are..... basically we get report cards, and in a team of 15 - the managers like the one who sends the report for quality - gotta keep up the 100 mark up here too. Everything is interdepent, the quality aligns with performance, CSAT, and there's so many metrics (can't Say security purpose). Then Obviously there's lot of favouritism, if you want to climb the ladder ya gotta be managers __fill in the blank* AHAHAH introverts reading this, it's going to be a hell, you get lot of disrespect for being who you are. If you are a talented introvert then not an issue. So as it's a calling process let me re-phrase international calling process, you gotta speak with American azzholes, pardon my french- I'm saying - most energy drenching - they be so racist. Even If Sashi Tharoor speaks on call, they be like "what the fluff are you talking, I'm not understanding." My personal take is, Americans are the worst to talk with. Dayum, Afro - Americans. They are the worst species of humans. I'm sorry I got diverted. Despite all these challenges - we gotta keep the AHT, performance, our tone, communication, everything sweet fluffing fake. Manager vp's specially milred lopes svp,and deepak vp of collection department show p partiality they chose the person for promotion accordingly who butter them . They play around with associate with corrective .if they don't like any associate they will be back of that person till they leave by themselves or they start putting pressure few people make the place worst to be worked at . synchrony as higher leader should look into it .and make sure such type of managers,avp,vp,and svp should not be there we a collection pilot batch started with 180 members in 2016 which was lead by ranga sir (most generous person people's leader) and got increased by 280+ members by 2019 and by 2023 we as a whole collection department were left with only 24 members in 2023 at the time i left in feb 2023 this all happened when the whole collection was taken up by Mildred loopez svp and deepak as a vp and Ronny as avp...Read More

Front line management is worse in Hyderabad. The day the top tier folks understand this I personally believe the Indian site can do more wonders than what they are doing now. Egoistic managers won’t let you explore and appreciate the creativity. Instead they fancy the name empowerment by strictly adhering to what they feel is right.They cry over an individual. I love how synchrony treats their employees work full of joy, smiles and happiness, even though i have a 100 other opportunity i'd still choose Synchrony over all of them. I mean Synchrony is that great place to work indeed no denial about that.

I worked synchrony for 2years, I have put down my papers and wanted to take back but the managers politics is not good, managers in synchrony are way to rude to the employees. And the worst part of the company is they don’t take the ex employees again. If someone out there reading this feedback please try to understand that just because of those rude managers me and many employees have lost they jobs....Read More
