- Food, both side cab - Unlimited access to learning platforms - One shift is for 3 months - The colleagues( few) are very helpful - Good company to join as a team lead or above ( they don't have much work 😁) - Health Benefits (insurance)

- Its basically a BPO (Google's BPO). Metrics are pretty tough to achieve. Everyone Seems helpful, in reality not exactly. - Corporate politics - Groupism - Since most of the Jobs are individual contributor so that you're on your own - No Promotion, people are stuck for like 5 years on same job role - Metrics are very tough ( impossible) to achieve - Management is like worst than BPOs. - No proper work life balance - Even though you can learn from courses no proper way to implement your knowledge. So it is of no use - The GOC values are a scam, there is no such values. Stress and frustration is way too higher on the junior job roles up-to specialist. An Advice to the Applicants; - Don't go for the Google Tag, IT IS NOT GOOGLE. IT IS JUST A BPO. Know this, this should save you from lot of issues later on. - If you really would like to learn more in marketing, Get into some Agency or any other company learn something and Join as Manager/Team lead - Leads/Managers are real scammers, stay alert....Read More

It's the management that sucks. Your voice can't be heard even if they conduct monthly/yearly feedback review. There's definitely a huge lack of support. They need numbers more than anything than your self. You can't exhaust all your leaves (Vacation, sick, carer's leaves) as they'll say it's the business needs even though it's definitely your right to use those leave, of course with proof (med certs and all). The leaves they offer are just a number to lure applicants to join GOC. GOC may look awesome as it's under Alphabet Inc and the salary may be good for some who were given high salary, but it's still your choice....Read More
