No defined career path. Friends promoting and hiring friends. Top management is horrible and definitely not one you can look upto, have vendor mentality which ends up in unfair comparison. Most of them know each other from previous companies and have known each other for a long time. Unwanted favouritism.

Overall Management is not good. They roll out IJP’s but the TL and the Manager plays their own internal politics and stop the promotion or movement to different team. They dont treat employees in a good way.

- Food, both side cab - Unlimited access to learning platforms - One shift is for 3 months - The colleagues( few) are very helpful - Good company to join as a team lead or above ( they don't have much work 😁) - Health Benefits (insurance)

- Its basically a BPO (Google's BPO). Metrics are pretty tough to achieve. Everyone Seems helpful, in reality not exactly. - Corporate politics - Groupism - Since most of the Jobs are individual contributor so that you're on your own - No Promotion, people are stuck for like 5 years on same job role - Metrics are very tough ( impossible) to achieve - Management is like worst than BPOs. - No proper work life balance - Even though you can learn from courses no proper way to implement your knowledge. So it is of no use - The GOC values are a scam, there is no such values. Stress and frustration is way too higher on the junior job roles up-to specialist. An Advice to the Applicants; - Don't go for the Google Tag, IT IS NOT GOOGLE. IT IS JUST A BPO. GOC is customer center of Google. If you're selected for Google Ads, then your trouble starts. Training would not match with real time issue on floor no concrete answer available. Stress level will be high. Uncertain about shift timing and products too at times and make sure if your performance metrics are not dwn for more than 2 months.If so you're in danger can be terminated on any day. Don't expect respect from management or from many of advertiser. One of useless HR Team organization have, For this team everything is fun and easy they live in their own fantasy. They show everything is heard but no they take only positive things negative things are taken as exception. And QA team useless team in GOC many of them have Zero product knowledge and come up stupid thought process.
