Considering that GOC provides good insurance policy and bonus nothing other than that were appealing or worthy to be shared. Although experience at work will remove all the happiness.

The worst experience that any employee could face here would be by the management themselves, the managers or team lead aren't aware of how to tackle the strong inflow of contacts. The forecasting of the inflow is very bad, team gets to listen from the managers in a very bad tone. The Leads don't know how to provide effective communication or speak in a professional tone. Managers rarely takes a meet with all of the associates and one on one by the team leads happen very rare. The managers also manipulate very easily when it comes to annual hike or bonus, they just add some random arguments to make you believe that you haven't met the metrics which is totally the opposite. Overall, very bad management and you'd feel that you are not part of a Google Firm but you are working for a vendor who just has the name of Google. I have been working since 2.9 years. During this period, I have worked with a couple of teams and it was quiet good in terms of learning, productivity, fun etc. Although I worked rotational shifts as well as the week offs, I didn't face much pressure as I used to complete my work sincerely and update the status of the completed workand I used to logout. I felt working from home is really a luxury because I managed my work and my personal life. Things are going well and I was also planning to go for my higher studies. I was in a stage where I should be keeping things to work in the right way.
In the meantime due to unforeseen situations, the team got wrapped up and the management has tried moving to other teams. Then I wasn't satisfied and went to the customer support team as I was in an assumption that I can learn a lot in the subject as I have more than 3 yrs of experience by that time.
Now I repent that my decision is completely wrong because now it is where I am struggling to have a work life balance and I couldn't take it anymore. Things are not as expected. I hope they should change in the coming days atleast and people like me shouldn't suffer with any mental or physical health issues...Read More

UNDESERVING PEOPLE with ZERO KNOWLEDGE on PRODUCT are getting PROMOTED to TEAM LEAD and MANAGER ROLE due to TOXIC POLITICS of GOOGLE OPERATIONS CENTER.

Poor People Management, Toxic Work Culture and Politics is leading to employee dissatisfaction.
There is no Career Growth in Google Operations Center and the work life is so Stressful that you'll end up facing Depression, Anxiety and other Health Issues.
