One of the worst company I have ever seen in my career. Totally ethic less company having no corporate culture. Job security is zero. In covid-19 they force their employees to leave the organisation which is very pathetic unethical.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.Career growth is very slow. Job training & development is not given to new joinees. My overall experience is very bad, I will never suggest anybody to join in Suryoday small finance bank Ltd.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting but there is no scope to perform, there was no training session. I learnt everything on the job. Higher management is very weak. They are not addressing our issues. My overall experience is very bad.

Process and compliance are well defined with good product offerings.Work culture is good with incentives for sales team.

Dislikes

Operations Team is treated at par with sales team and given equal targets. Team size is very small with poor no of branch network across geographies. Job security depends on your relationship with senior management and TPP sales performance.

There is job security the CEO of the bank is quite knowledge .They hire for different role and make you do a different role

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Overall experience was poor in Covid-19, senior management is very good but middle management was totally worst. Like RH of Maharashtra. I have completed 11 years and its totally wasted of time as a no salary increment till day.
