Suryoday Bank is paying salaries on time. And that's one thing the staff is happy about

Dislikes

Does not support anything to the customer. And the staff also gives very wrong information to the customer so the bank has a very high NPA and it puts a lot of strain on everything else. The rest are just weird, accepting vacations very late and possibly not giving vacations at all. Incentives and traveling never match what is said. Incentives are very low.

This is specifically about affordable housing department. Worst ever team, the boss, the credit team and ofcourse the incentive structure itself. Login to sanction ratio is 9:1 if you logiin 10 files, 9 will be rejected and 1 will be sanctioned after 2-3 months of login. Boss is from CASA background he doesn't know A for apple from housing department. He's so called KHAS of MD hence he's in the company. Rest no unity in team, no talent, no cooperation etc. i left within 2 months....Read More

You can come on time and leave on time

Dislikes

Lot of office politics and favouritism. Don't give good increments. They showcase themselves as though they have a very employee friendly culture but that is not the case. Now with the new HR head in the system, people are more worked up. Beware of what you share with your colleagues. You never know who may backstab you.

it is a growing company hence there are humble and nice people dedicated towards their work . which creates nice environment around the organization .

Dislikes

as company is growing one would expect to grow with the company but that isn't the case here , I wish they improve on that side of things for employees .
